How to move your license to a new computer

Got a new computer, or hit an activation limit? Most plugins let you move it yourself in a minute. If you get stuck, we'll move it for you.

What to do

• Element Bass and Singularity Virtual Bass: on the computer you're leaving, open the plugin, choose Manage devices and deactivate that computer. Then open the plugin on the new computer and enter your license key. If the old computer is gone, open the plugin on the new one: when the device limit is reached, the screen lists your computers and lets you deactivate one.
• SMG Cockblocker: on the computer you're leaving, open the plugin menu and choose Deactivate License. Then enter your license key on the new computer.
• Extinction Level Event and Icon Drums Classic Rock: add your key in Native Access on the new computer.

Your license key

Your license lives in your order confirmation email and under My Licenses in your account, so you will not lose it. To sign in, enter the email address you ordered with and we'll email you a 6-digit code. There is no password.

Email support@spectredigital.com from the address you bought with. Include your order number and the product name, and tell us which computer you are moving to. We will move your activation and reply when it is done. Replies usually come within one business day.
