Element Bass is a complete bass-processing suite that takes everything you’d normally do across multiple tracks and plugins—amp modeling, Cab IRs, EQ, compression, distortion—and merges it into one streamlined interface. Designed specifically for modern bass production, it cuts out the complexity of juggling different effects and offers up to three fully independent channels in parallel, each with its own graphical parametric EQ, bass pre-amp selection, and Cab IRs. Whether you need heavy, gritty distortion or a clean, punchy low end, Element Bass has you covered.

Parametric Equalizer

The parametric EQ in Element Bass isn’t just a simple graphic EQ —it’s the key to unlocking each channel’s unique potential. Since Element Bass lets you run up to three fully independent channels, having a dedicated parametric EQ in each one allows for a precise, targeted approach that a single shared EQ can’t match.

Control Every Layer: Each channel might be handling a different part of your bass tone—one might be your sub-lows, another your midrange grit, and another your top-end definition. With separate EQs, you can hone in on each channel’s sweet spots and carve out exactly the frequencies you need, without compromising the others.

Preamp Selection

In the plugin, you will find up to 3 different preamps to choose from and use in any of the 3 channels. Each with their own set of unique parameters and settings.

Modern – This is modeled after the Darkglass Alpha Omega 900.

Vintage – This is modeled in part after the Sans Amp and Darkglass B7K Ultra.

Clean – This is your Bass tone directly from your Bass guitar.

IR Loader

The Cab IR loader in Element Bass is not global. Meaning each channel can have its own Cab IR. Letting you pick the perfect IR for that particular channel.

Element Bass comes with a choice selection of IRs created specifically to give you a wide range of tones and sounds to work with.

But if you would instead like to use your own IRs, you can do that too. That being said, just because you CAN load an IR, doesn’t always mean you need to.

Master Output

The master output section of Element Bass also includes a limiter at the end of the signal chain. This allows you to further control the bass peaks and dynamics if the compression settings were not enough. It also acts like a glue when you have more than 1 bass channel in parallel.

Is there a demo version I can try?

Unfortunately, we do not have a demo version of Element Bass yet. But we do offer a 14 day return/refund policy if you buy Element Bass and are unhappy with it. If you do end up wanting a refund, just submit a support ticket to our support team here they will get you refunded as quickly as possible.

Why would I want more than one channel for my bass?

No doubt, you can get good results using just channel/preamp. But you are always going to sacrifice your low end doing so. If you split your bass signal chain into at least two, low end and mid/highs. You can then get all the tone and distortion you want in your sound while keeping the driving low end clear and punchy.

Whats the "Bug" button for?

In case you run into any issues with Element Bass, we wanted to make it as easy as possible to let us know in order to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. If, for whatever reason, you can send us your issue with it, you can always submit a support ticket on the site via your account.

Do I need an iLok account or Dongle?

NO! When you buy Element Bass, all you have to do when you open the plugin is login to your account and activate it. That’s it. Simple and easy. You don’t need to always be online to use it but it does automatically logout after a few weeks. But, if you are online at least once throughout the weeks, the plugin will automatically log you back in without having to do anything.

Will this work in my DAW?

Element Bass will work in any DAW that supports the ability to load a VST3, AU, or AAX.
